In this article it talked about how are public schools continue to grow in diversity, and I think that this is a good thing. I understand that it may pose a challenge for teachers, new teachers especially. As theachers we should except challenges because it's the only way to get better at our job. Gaining experience in different teaching situations will help us in becoming a great teacher. Diversity is one issue that no teacher can escape, every one of us who plans on teaching will experience diversity in the classroom and we will have to find a way to meet every students need.
